Q: How do I access the course session replays?
A: Once you are logged in click “my dashboard” in the top right corner. From there, you can access your courses.
Q: Previously, I was able to access the sessions, but now, I can’t for some reason!
A: Most likely, your subscription payment could not be processed for this month. Please ensure you have the proper funds in your account each month to prevent being locked out of your account. Or you might need to update your credit card (see instructions below). If you are locked out, please send us an email at [email protected]
Q: I sent a request for a password reset, but I have not received any email to reset my password.
A: You probably are trying to login under the incorrect email address. Please make sure you are using the correct email address that is connected to your account. If you are logging in under the correct email address, please check your junk/spam folder of your email inbox for the password reset email.
Q: I logged in, but my courses are no longer on my dashboard.
A: Please make sure you are logging in under the correct email address. Often times, people have created a second account with an alternate email address rather than logging in under the account that they originally used to register for courses with.
Q: How do I update my Credit Card information?
A: To update your Credit Card information:
1. First login to your account
2. Then, click your name in the top right corner of the screen.
3. From the dropdown menu that appears, choose “my account.”
4. After it takes you to your account page, on the left side of the screen choose “Billing.”
